Workplace Respect, Violence & Harassment

Pragma-IoT is committed to maintaining a workplace founded on dignity, respect, equal treatment and professional conduct.

The company does not tolerate any form of violence, harassment, sexual harassment, bullying, intimidation, discrimination or retaliation in the workplace, during work-related activities, business travel, training events, meetings, communications or any other work-related interaction.

All employees, managers, partners, suppliers and other stakeholders are expected to contribute to a safe, respectful and inclusive working environment.

Any incident or concern related to inappropriate conduct, workplace violence, harassment, discrimination or retaliation may be reported through the reporting channels described on this page and will be handled confidentially, fairly and impartially.

What Can Be Reported

Reports may relate to, but are not limited to:

  • Workplace violence or harassment
  • Sexual harassment
  • Bullying, threats or inappropriate behaviour
  • Discrimination or retaliation
  • Legal or regulatory non-compliance
  • Violations of company policies or procedures
  • Ethical misconduct or integrity concerns

  • Any other concern affecting compliance, ethics, safety, integrity or employee wellbeing

Confidentiality & Protection

Reports may be submitted anonymously or by name.

All reports are handled confidentially, fairly and in good faith. Information is shared only with authorized individuals involved in the assessment, investigation and resolution of the reported concern.

Pragma-IoT is committed to protecting reporting persons, witnesses and all parties involved from retaliation, victimization or unfair treatment arising from a report submitted in good faith.

Reports are reviewed and managed by authorized personnel with obligations of confidentiality, impartiality and professional conduct.

Reporting Channels

Concerns or incidents may be reported through:

  • The dedicated Reporting Form
  • Email communication
  • Direct communication with authorized company representatives
  • Any other officially designated reporting channel

Reports may be submitted anonymously where permitted by applicable requirements and circumstances.

Investigation & Handling Process

All reports are assessed appropriately and, where necessary, investigated in a confidential, objective and impartial manner.

Depending on the nature and severity of the matter, the company may implement appropriate corrective, preventive or protective measures.

Where feasible and legally appropriate, the reporting person may be informed about the progress or outcome of the assessment and investigation process.

Commitment Against Retaliation

Pragma-IoT strictly prohibits any form of retaliation, adverse treatment, intimidation, harassment or discrimination against any individual who raises a concern, submits a report or participates in an investigation in good faith.

Any act of retaliation will be treated as a serious violation of company principles and may result in appropriate corrective or disciplinary actions.

REPORTING FORM FOR CONCERNS

This form is used for reporting issues or concerns related to potential non-compliance with the company’s legal, regulatory, or internal requirements, as well as for reporting incidents or behaviors involving violence, harassment, sexual harassment, bullying, discriminatory treatment, or retaliation in the workplace or in connection with work.

The report may be submitted either anonymously or with identification. Evidence of the incidents is not required at the submission stage. The report must be made in good faith and based on a reasonable belief.
